What is an "E-commerce Revision Request Form?"

An "E-commerce Revision Request Form" is a form that enables a Team Executor to carry-out the individual revisions requested by a member for a serviced E-commerce Webpage/Product SetUp. An E-commerce Webpage/Product SetUp either sets up the All Product webpage and/or Product webpages. Remember, an E-commerce Webpage SetUp and a Basic 2-5 webpage Website SetUp are separately serviced.

If a Basic E-commerce Revision Request service and/or Basic E-Commerce Webpage service is requested during a consultation, the assigned Team Executor will send this link and the PDF form version to the member's email.


For a Basic E-commerce Webpage Setup Service, depending upon number of webpage(s) requested and purchased, one to two forms (21 to 42 revisions respectively) maybe included within your service plan. Included forms are required for submission within 2 weeks subsequent to your T.E. completing your webpage setup service. However, if the two-week period has expired and additional forms are submitted for revisions, additional cost per form will be applied.


Please note, the expected timeframe for a Basic E-commerce Webpage Website Service depends upon the service period. how many products, how many product pages and how much content was requested and completed. Therefore, it should take your Team Executor no longer than the expected 14-28 day (2-4wk) development period (this period does include the Revision Request Form services).


There are multiple areas to upload photos throughout this form.

The timeframe for a Team Executor to complete revisions for an e-commerce service depends upon service period and how many revisions were requested and how much content is changed per member request.

No service charge or fees (including membership fees- unless you are a current serviced member) will be credited to your account. When form is submitted and a confirmation service consultation call by your Team Executor is completed [Credit card information is needed by your Team Executor during this call] only then known charges be credited to your bank account, your membership will initiate and your desired service will commence!


For initial starter promotions and/or discounts to apply, service charges will apply as directed (i.e. payment will be required during initial consultation call to receive ONE-TIME offer)
